Booking Policies
Please read through these policies before booking. They help keep appointments organized, protect everyone’s time, and make sure your nail set gets the attention it deserves.
Address
The appointment address will be sent on the day of your appointment.
Payment
Final payment is cash only. Please come prepared.
Schedule
Starting May 25th, appointments are available Friday through Sunday every week.
Booking
When booking, please choose your nail length and add any extra services or design add-ons you need. If you are unsure what to pick, please DM me before booking for a price consultation.
Deposit
A $10 deposit is required to book. This deposit confirms your appointment and does not go toward your final total. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from future booking.
Rescheduling
Your deposit may carry over to your next appointment only if the new appointment is within the same month. If you reschedule for a different month, a new deposit is required.
No Call / No Show
No call, no show appointments will result in being blocked or banned from booking future appointments.
Late Policy
You have a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your final total. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Guests
Please do not bring guests unless you were given permission beforehand. This helps keep the appointment space comfortable and focused.
Design Changes
Major design changes, extra charms, 3D art, characters, or full bling may change the price or require extra time. Please send inspo ahead of time if your set is detailed.
Final Reminder
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. Please make sure you understand the deposit, cancellation, late arrival, payment, and guest rules before confirming your appointment.
